How to Delete
Requesting Account Deletion
Log in to your account on mobile (iOS or Android).
Tap your Profile icon โ tap the Settings (gear) icon.
Profile โ SettingsScroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
Settings โ Account โ Delete AccountConfirm via SMS OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Your account enters a 7-day grace period. You will receive an SMS confirmation. You may cancel the deletion request by logging in within 7 days.
Alternatively, you may submit a deletion request online at gigmarket.ph/account/delete or email privacy@gigmarket.ph. Web and email requests are processed within 7 business days.

Retained data is strictly isolated. It is never used for marketing or profiling โ access is limited to legal compliance, financial audit, and dispute resolution only.

Important Notes
Before You Delete Your Account
All active service bookings will be cancelled. Affected consumers and providers will be notified, and applicable refund rules will apply.
If you have a pending payout scheduled via our payment processor (Xendit), ensure your payout details are up to date before requesting deletion. Reward Credits are non-refundable.
Accounts with an active dispute cannot be permanently deleted until the dispute is resolved by our Resolution Team.
